YOUR ROLE
This is a position for a software engineer who is an expert developing for and managing Salesforce. You’ll work with Immuta’s Sales and Customer Success teams to define requirements for Salesforce customizations, applications, and integrations with other tools. You’ll work with other software engineers on your team to implement those solutions in Salesforce and build other services as needed. As the Salesforce expert on the team, you’ll work to manage Immuta’s Salesforce configuration and do so via code wherever possible. You’ll maintain any custom packages we build for Salesforce, and set up the process surrounding salesforce development, testing, and deployment. In this position, there will also be the opportunity and expectation that you’ll work on other software applications necessary to build out Immuta’s business processes. Consequently, you’ll have the opportunity to grow as both a front end and back end software engineer.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOFTWARE ENGINEERS WHO
- Are outstanding problem solvers and can tackle tough challenges with innovative thinking and determination
- Have a deep understanding of at least one programming language and associated libraries and have a willingness / aptitude to learn more
- Thoroughly understand the Salesforce software development ecosystem
- Have expert level experience with the SFDX toolchain
- Have experience building Salesforce second generation managed packages
AND WHO ARE OR WILL BECOME
- Ahead of the curve on all things related to Salesforce development
- An expert at building a continuous integration pipeline for salesforce
- Proficient building web applications to improve business processes
- Experienced with Docker
- Very comfortable at the Unix command line
