The Role
Sivantos Group seeks for a Software Test Architect to join our R & D testing team. Reporting back to our Software Test Manager, you will be working closely with the rest of the architects to review and advocate architecture design in terms of test-ability for all our software projects. This role requires you to drive technical discussions with technical teams across different geographies.
- Collaborate closely with SW Architects to review and advocate architecture design in terms of test-ability
- Evaluate and identify test automation tools/ framework needed to ensure high coverage of automated test in SW implementation
- Drive test automation strategies implementation in SW projects through continuous collaboration with both development and test teams
- Standardize the selection criteria and adoption of tools across similar types of SW projects and test levels
- Work effectively with other teams in shaping the technical direction of test automation implementation for further improvements in quality goals
- Stay up to date with domain best practices and technologies trend
The position will be based in Singapore.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be an individual with strong technical expertise in software testing, with key focus into adopting Microsoft technologies. You should demonstrate strong foundation and understanding of test concepts and methods, with capability in driving technical discussions across different teams across different geographical locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Electrical Engineering
- High proficiency in adopting Microsoft technology in SW projects using C#, WPF, MVVM, WCF
- More than 5 years of experience in SW development and design, and completed at least 3 SDLCs
- More than 3 years hands-on experience in automated test framework design and implementation using test automation tools
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with different cultures across different teams and locations to drive changes
- Have strong foundations and good understanding on test concepts and methods
- Have a passion to drive delivery of high quality products
- Experience in Agile Scrum and SW Architecture is an added advantage
