Noble Markets is looking for a bright, adaptable, and proactive Systems Administrator/Support Engineer. Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of support and administration experience in a mixed Mac/Windows environment; Exposure to Linux is a plus.   We are looking for an out of the box thinker, experienced implementing systems, leading IT projects through delivery, who will also be responsible for support. You will be proactive, emotionally intelligent and detail-oriented. 


This is a permanent direct hire role offering a comprehensive package including competitive base, discretionary bonus, medical, dental, vision, unlimited PTO and a casual work environment. 


Responsibilities:



  • Mac/Windows/Linux OS deployment and support

  • User hardware/software/peripheral support

  • Manage technical projects through delivery and support

  • LAN troubleshooting and support

  • Systems administration, Account management

  • Hardware procurement and asset management

  • Create and maintain documentation

  • Setup and Support A/V equipment

  • Manage endpoint security, and matters related to data loss prevention, etc.

  • Work as an SME & Evangelist; look to new technologies and services to improve IT & Security

  • Desire to Automate patching, deployment, security and anything else that can be automated 


 Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science or IT related field.

  • 3+ years experience providing server administration and support working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

  • Experience with Macintosh osX (OS 10.6 or later) and MS (Windows 7); Linux and AWS is a plus

  • Knowledge of networking concepts - DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP

  • Experience implementing systems or technologies from the ground up 

  • Skilled in PC troubleshooting, repair, deployment, and liquidation

  • Proactive and team-oriented, able to work with minimal direction

  • Work after-hours and weekends as needed

  • Bonus points for experience writing scripts or programming - shell, powershell, python, SQL, go, javascript
