The position we are currently filling is that of .NET Developer to work as part of the DevOps team. The role will span multiple ZynBit product lines, including the ZynBox email sidebar for Outlook, the ZynBit web portal, and the ZynSync email-to-Salesforce synchronization service. You will develop new ZynBit product features and work with our Customer Success team to address defects and perform customizations required to win new accounts. The ideal candidate is a passionate developer, experienced in test driven development, who is excited to use their skillset to solve customer problems in a way that contributes to ZynBit strategic objectives.
Development Responsibilities –
- Work on critical projects which have revenue and/or customer deliverables attached to them
- Switch gears easily and as necessary to keep up with the pace of the business
- Coordinate with senior developers to enable accurate planning and project timelines
- Design and implement a DevOps continuous integration environment
- Participate in product architecture and solution design with other developers on the team
- Communicate clearly to understand project requirements and seek clarification when necessary
- Coordinate with QA team to ensure projects meet required specifications
- Participate in bi-weekly sprint planning sessions
Required Skills –
- 6+ years of experience working with C# and .NET Framework
- Entity Framework 6 Code First implementation and Fluent API
- MVC 5 web application development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Razor views
- Office Add-In development using VSTO or Add-In Express
- Test Driven Development using NUnit, XUnit, or Visual Studio Tests
- UI Automation using Selenium, Appium, WinAppDriver, etc
- Continuous Integration using MSBuild, TeamCity, Jenkins, etc
- Familiarity with common design patterns (inversion of control, class factory, template method)
- Azure stack including App Services, Web Jobs, and SQL Database
- SQL design, development and performance tuning
- Experience consuming REST APIs (Office365, Google, Salesforce) using SDKs and manually via HTTP requests
- Experience with Exchange Web Services (EWS) is a big bonus
- Experience using collaborative source control, such as GitHub, TFS, BitBucket
