Improve the learning results of children: that’s what we do at Snappet. We develop smart software that allows teachers and children to get the best results. Our software is used in more than 2800 schools across Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy and Spain and used by more than 250.000 pupils. We value the continuous improvement of our products in order to support all of these schools and pupils.
Snappet uses a data driven approach in its core, leading to personalized education and a proven increase in learning progress as a result. Pupils receive adaptive exercises and immediate feedback, and teachers are offered with real-time information to follow and support their pupils. Team Data Analytics is responsible for creating and maintaining the information that makes this possible.
As a DevOps engineer, you will be part of our Data Analytics team. You will build and maintain the foundations of the data analytics release process: set up continuous integration and continuous deployment over multiple environments, make sure the release process goes smoothly and being the bridge between our team and the other development teams. Sometimes you’ll be required to troubleshoot performance problems and you might have to fix a stored procedure, you are the QA person to go to. You won't be put off by complex problems such as processing large amounts of data and you are reliable when it comes to data analysis outcome.
We’re continuously improving our developer working environment because we want to release our software fast and often. We need you to be supporting the team that generates insights for student, teacher and all others involved.
