Our mission: Dramatically improve human health and quality of life by developing and applying advanced computational methods that transform the way compounds and materials are designed. What we do: We develop a rich web application for drug researchers, replacing labor-intensive procedures in favor of automation. Our platform gives access to an unparalleled combination of collaboration, data access, and computational modeling tools that speed up the drug discovery process. This technology allows scientists to run virtual experiments on massive compute grids and to analyze the resulting large dataset efficiently as a team.
Who we are: We are a community of passionate, friendly, and skilled team players. As a diverse set of developers, entrepreneurs, and scientists, we have made the decision to collaborate together on something with significant human impact. We take pride in our relationships with many satisfied clients, including numerous large pharmaceutical companies. Our investors are fellow technology visionaries. As we are a growing team, we need you to help us raise our velocity to keep up with our expanding client base and product offering.
You are: You develop quality code that takes into account the immediate needs of the present along with the scalable requirements and upcoming plans of the future. You get excited to work on challenging technical problems, like to be part of a team of mentors who all learn from each other, and want to make a meaningful contribution. You enjoy development that draws on concepts such as Big O, distributed systems deployment, and reliability, and have honed your craft on a side project or two. While you may have some experience or interest in the physical sciences (chemistry, biology, physics), this is not a requirement for the position.
