What you will do:
- Build and lead a team of talented and motivated engineers and develop the team through coaching, mentoring, and feedback
- Work with the recruiting team to attract, onboard, and retain diverse top talents
- Take responsibility for our mobile teams’ delivery and work closely with our cross-functional team, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders
- Shape the future of our whole tech architecture by working closely with our CTO, Head of IT and Head of BI
- Design, monitor and drive the architecture of our mobile applications
- Develop an effective engineering culture and advocate and advance modern software development practices together with Product Managers
- Support Product Management in planning product roadmaps and align with engineering driven projects
- Help to establish quality practices across the team
To do this, we believe you should have:
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of Mobile Engineering
- Built and/or managed a team of engineers: you love developing and growing people
- Excellent knowledge of the architecture of mobile applications
- Knowledge of backend systems is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mentality
- Excellent communication skills
