We are currently looking to hire a
Deputy Director, Service Application Development, working in Munich, Germany
If you like to see the big picture and design architecture for software development and implementation, this is your unique opportunity to guide your own highly innovative and experienced development team.
General Responsibilities:
- Take technical leadership of a seasoned team of developers
- Develop architectural blueprints and implementation guidelines
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies and processes
- Implement complicated business requirements
- Establish quality control procedures
Your Profile:
- At least five years of experience in developing software and managing projects
- Strong belief in the value of collaboration and iteration
- Mastery of agile software development techniques, ideally Scrum
- Knowledge of Clean Code, Test Driven Development and Frameworks
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript
- Knowledge of C++/object oriented programs, SQL, security and open source technologies
- Familiarity with VOIP (SIP) and Streaming Technologies
- A degree in computer science or another relevant qualification
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English
