The Role
As a Full Stack Developer at Limejump, you will be a key member of exceptional 10 person Tech team, working on the cutting edge of technology with a great group of developers, engineers and architects. You will also work closely with our brilliant Analytics team, whose work with machine learning and real time forecasting is revolutionising how we bring renewable energy to the grid. This role will lead the full stack development for all of Limejump's products, which are already shaping the future of energy.
You will have a proven track record of creating, maintaining and delivering excellent code in a deadline-driven environment. This role is perfect for a driven developer who wants to own first-of -kind products in an exciting start up environment.
What You’ll Do
This role is key to our mission and will have the ownership to:
- Build scalable and reliable systems that maximise the power of our in-house analytics
- Contribute to each step of the product development process, from ideation to implementation to release
- Be our technical lead for excellent full-cycle user experiences
- Share your skills and knowledge to help product builds and innovation
- Participate in Tech team code reviews and knowledge-sharing
- Be an ambassador for our Tech team, across our entire company
Required Skills and Experiences
To join us in this role, we need you to have:
- Proven ability to work anywhere in the technical stack
- Demonstrated ability and interest in Python/Django
- Confidence with HTML/CSS/Javascript
- Proactiveness and a drive to always learn more
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Current right to work in the UK, without a work permit
Desired Skills
We would love for you to have:
- Experience with Angular
- Familiarity with AWS
- Familiarity with React
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Interest in Big Data ecosystems and pipelines
