The Role
We are currently seeking a technical, motivated, and energetic individual to join our Product Team. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the ideal candidate deeply understands cloud infrastructure and is passionate about driving the web forward.
Cool Things You’ll Do
- Work on steering and improving a massive internet platform powering tens of thousands of high traffic websites serving billions of pages daily.
- Team up with a team of senior engineers who exemplify DevOps culture.
- Leverage cutting-edge cloud technology (containers, Google Cloud) to deliver for Pantheon’s customers and users.
- Work with top-tier customers to align Pantheon’s roadmaps with their needs.
What You Bring To The Table
- BA/BS or equivalent
- 3+ years product management experience or in an equivalent role (e.g., developer/product owner, lead analyst, etc).
- Previous professional experience with web infrastructure.
- High level of enthusiasm and desire to be in a key strategic role for the platform and infrastructure - all day every day
- Ability to stay on task and keep others engaged and bought in on planning, process, and execution in an agile/scrum environment.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with Kubernetes and/or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with high-availability/high-performance architecture, caching, and web performance overall.
- Web development or CMS experience, especially Drupal or WordPress.
- Project management experience with cross-functional teams.
