Are you an experienced UX designer, who is keen on constantly improving digital products, who has a good eye for visual design and knows how to effectively use user research. Does it makes you happy to work in a multidisciplinary development team? We are looking for you!



Responsibilities will include:


As an UX designer you will get lot of freedom within our development team (about 20 people). We are working in an agile environment with little overhead, fast time-to-market and high quality. We are very customer orientated. We use experiments to find out what our customers really want and convert these learning into working software.


Together with product owners, front-end developers, marketers, analysts and back-end developers, you are constantly expanding and improving our platform. You will make prototypes, research and create interaction designs.


You will improve the experience of mobile visitors. And you will take our product outside our country borders. We are simply growing too fast for the Netherlands alone.


It is up to you to keep the user experience top-notch. Make booking a holiday an enjoyable experience!



  • You are customer orientated and you are always looking how to improve the customer experience on our websites.

  • You are great with interaction design. You will design new user flows, which are great!

  • You have a good sense of visual design. You can easily apply an existing visual design to your interaction designs.

  • You know how to use effective, quantitative and qualitative user research and therefore inform and support product development.

  • You are able to motivate your work and explain your ideas and decisions to colleagues with other disciplines.

  • You are a valuable discussion partner in discussions about the direction of our product.



Skills And Qualifications:



  • You have at least 8 years of relevant work experience in digital context. E-commerce experience is a big plus;

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree. However, we put experience and potential above education;

  • You have experience working in an Agile development environment, in multidisciplinary teams;

  • You are experienced in setting up and performing quantitative and qualitative user research (for example usability research and A / B tests);

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English. Our client is (mainly) Dutch, our development team is very international.
