The role:


You would be leading and working in a rapidly growing, high performing team of 6+ consultants and technical specialists utilising tech including React, Angular, Asp.net MVC, Xamarin, Azure and Sharepoint etc. We work with a wide variety of customers across Finance, Gov and Health and much more. Our Readify Managed Services is a premium offering providing software support and sustained engineering to constantly improve and evolve customer codebases and deliver ongoing strategic features to our customers as their business evolves.


You will:



  • Manage and lead our high-performance Brisbane based managed services team, effectively matching customer needs with the skills of our team and reacting to changing requirements.

  • Enjoy personally shipping great software and outcomes to our customers and assisting our team with any technical challenges that they encounter utilising the broader Microsoft stack including C#, Asp.net, Angular / React, SQL Server and much more.

  • Help customers (Product Owners) clarify their product vision and turn it into an ordered product backlog, or other form of requirements, collaborating with them to reach a shared understanding of what should be built.

  • Have strong presentation skills, learning to effectively tailor your content and conversation to many customers.

  • Know when and how to apply different coaching and mentoring techniques, understanding the maturity level of those you're helping.

  • Identify potential issues and take action to head them off before they eventuate, whether they be technical, requirements or people based.
