Your Key Responsibilities
Inciuding dynamic web based Smart TV applications with JavaScript frameworks like React JS, React Native, TVJS and other popular JS frameworks
Good understanding of development methodologies, testing practices, and tools and knowing when to apply each method to achieve the desired outcomes
Strong experience and knowledge of Design and Architectural patterns and knows when to apply them
Strong communication skills and knows when to ask for help and bounce ideas and solutions off peers
Take ownership of end-to-end product quality, from developing and maintaining core app frameworks that help make the apps more reliable and delightful.
Create prototypes of new ideas and explore new technologies on the forefront of SmartTV platforms.
What to Bring
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred.
5-7 years professional experience developing Angular,Node JS, React-based web applications
Proficient in HTML5 and JavaScript
Experience in using cloud service providers (e.g.: AWS)
Experience integrating open source or 3rd party API’s and Libraries highly desirable
Exposure to Agile, Continuous Integration, Test Driven Development is a plus
Must have excellent problem solving skills and love technical challenges
Experience in Video and media based development projects (DRM, OVPs, Advertising, Analytics) is a big plus.
Experience on integrating performance monitoring tools is a big plus
