As Senior Developer Team Lead you will play an important role in the company and be a key member of the team contributing to the further growth. You will:
- be part of a fast paced and innovative environment and work together with engaged colleagues with great experience
- own the development function and have both a strategic and operational responsibility
- work close with key stakeholders and be able to influence and create results together with the team.
The team you will lead consists of four highly skilled developers with broad and deep competence in a variety of development tools, databases, integration tools and systems like Salesforce and Visma. They work with vmWare, Azure and Aws to provide reporting and billing information. They collect data to our SQL server based datawarehouse, and are responsible for the technical part of billing. And last but not least, they make frontend systems and web-portals for both internal and external use. You will be a part of our day-to-day development and operational activities and be CIOs right hand in taking care of our complete system/application portfolio.
Who are you?
We are looking for a positive and forward-thinking senior developer with an entrepreneurial mindset. In addition we think that you are a communicative and enthusiastic person with eminent developer skills. You like to obtain results through and with others, creatively searching for good solutions for the problem at hand. You like to be a part of the overall system development process including design, user involvement, security issues, process- and data modelling and project/plan activities in general.
To succeed in this role you either have relevant higher education and documented experience, or you demonstrate exceptional talents without.
We think you are an eager and hardworking person. You can easily formulate oral and written Norwegian and English.
Your workplace will be in our office in Oslo where the development team is located.
