We are flexible on location (work from home is available), as our Technical Support Associate you will,

Description:


  • Support Tier level 2&3
  • Tackle high-level customer issues to ensure effective long-term problem resolution
  • Maintain alerting and escalation procedures, continuously improving documentation and streamlining communications
  • Support multiple concurrent implementation projects by setting up VPNs and related networking equipment
  • Interact with technical staff at customer sites (whether on-site or remotely) to answer security questions and provide expert guidance
  • Monitor network KPIs to identify, and ideally solve, issues before customers are even aware
  • Schedule and perform network-based maintenance tasks including version upgrades, etc.
  • Provide post-implementation support to aid with technical customer service issues
  • Set performance standards to meet the companys support goals
  • Play a key role in the Viz.ais scale and growth

Job requirements:


  • Advanced networking skills and experience
  • 3+ years of experience with Cisco routers and IPSec VPNs
  • Experience with the healthcare industry
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Understanding of cloud security concepts
  • Experience with Linux system administration
  • Scripting experience Bash or similar
  • Development experience Python or similar
  • Experience with cloud solutions, such as AWS, Azure or GCP
  • Experience using git for version control
  • Experience with an automation platforms such as Ansible or Packer
  • Competence with a logging platforms such as Sumologic, monitoring platforms such as DataDog, alerting platforms such as PagerDuty
