Required work experience for sql database analyst professional for role of Application Integration Engineer:

• 5+ experience in introducing new software into a new or existing environment while minimizing disruption and mitigating risks.
• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Experience working in a law firm environment, or alternately in a similar professional services culture.
• Strong understanding of relational and hierarchical database concepts and design, such as SQLServer, including advanced SQL Query writing ability.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Query Language, Data Mapping, ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) Tools, Microsoft Office.
• Experience with installation, configuration, monitoring, support, and troubleshooting software applications.
• Proven engagement in various IT projects.
• Ability to work effectively to meet challenging deadlines and demonstrate precise and timely delivery of work whether small or large scale.
• Familiarity with data analytics and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the Firm.
• While not mandatory, JAVA platform programming techniques with Web design experience and proven experience in one of the object-oriented/object function scripting languages such as Java is a plus.
• Experience with MS Dynamics, InTapp Integration Builder, and SharePoint is also a plus.

Responsibilities for sql database analyst professional for role of Application Integration Engineer:

• Work with project stakeholders to elicit, document, agree and prioritize requirements.
• Work with users, business relationship managers and Project Manager to develop business cases and benefits realization plans.
• Translate business requirements to technical solutions using strong business insight.
• Define the integration strategy and develop integration technology roadmaps. Write new code and/or maintain existing code, as appropriate, for interfaces, reports, and extensions that will provide the user with applications for reporting and updating databases as required.
• Participate in design walkthroughs with appropriate focus groups and related users to verify accuracy of design in meeting business needs.
• Develop and maintain acceptance criteria for project deliverables. Communicate requirements to product delivery specialists.
• Use process improvement methodologies and tools to assist business users to analyze, design and implement more effective processes.
• Assist the QA function in test planning and execution, and guide clients in best practices for user acceptance testing.
• Assist business users in implementing and making best use of software solutions to ensure realization of benefits.
• Work closely with business areas to perform technical troubleshooting and data analysis to determine root cause for production issues, identify and recommend solutions.
• Perform analysis and develop a detailed design of new and existing system requests; perform patch analysis.
• Work with Project Manager to meet project deadlines for IT.
• Provide a focal point for IT related items on assigned projects.
• Maintain and configure servers, workstations, networks, applications and databases.
• Support and troubleshoot application and integration code problems.
