This Product Owner will transform the Internal Group IT Test Data Management strategy.
- Will be the Test Data Management evangelist who will own, envision and implement the long term Test Data Management strategy corporately.
- Work cross-functionally internally to build a cohesive roadmap to realize ambitious goals and strategic priorities around TDM.
- Take ownership of the TDM landscape and define a road map for future capability that considers both the existing technology landscape as well as the future direction. You will gauge progress against defined performance measures both monthly and quarterly to assure alignment while identifying any needed changes based on system architecture changes or technology transformation.
- Leverage market insights and data to enable internal teams to establish a best in class Test Data Management strategy.
- Draw upon both your own experience as well as those of other leading organizations when defining TDM Architecture.
- Have a well refined sense of NPI and PII and the methods for masking sensitive information while still supporting effective test execution.
- Proactively engage with implementation teams to encourage and promote use of existing models, methods, services and other artifacts and capabilities resulting in increased speed of technology solution delivery, making such delivery more predictable and increasing efficiency.
- Evangelize the Test Data Management solution across the GR enterprise.
- Collaborate with the Key Stakeholders to understand the current state of test data management of a heterogeneous technology landscape with multiple Systems of Records, facilitate the gap analysis with the target state and defining the product backlog for implementation.
- Define the product vision by creating a roadmap which accomplishes the goal of the long-term vision with the consideration of the rapidly changing technology landscape so that the envisioned product stays relevant to realize not only the return on investment but also improves the operational efficiency and reduces cost.
- Responsible for selecting and integrating the appropriate tool set, processes and procedures to effectively drive delivery excellence, automation, reusability, and self-service features.
- Manage and prioritize product backlog and maximize Product Value.
- Effectively manage product backlog through proper prioritization and business value mapping.
- Drive and implement the key facets of End to End Test Data Management: data discovery, data profiling, gold copy, data sub-setting, data masking, synthetic data generation, data provisioning, data reservation and data virtualization by implementation of the best fit market leading tools and technologies.
- Overseeing development stages and collaborating closely with scrum team.
- Evaluating product progress at each iteration.
- Responsible for recommending solution patterns for the team and stakeholders.
- Able to work effectively in a large organization with diverse stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree.
- Subject matter expertise in the Test Data Management with a profound understanding of data management elements - Test Data Management: Data Discovery, Data Profiling, Gold Copy, Data Sub-setting, Data Masking, Synthetic Data Generation, Data Provisioning, Data Reservation and Data Virtualization
- Exposure to at least one of the market leading Test Data Management tools like: Informatica TDM, CA TDM, IBM Optim, Delphix
- Quality Engineering and Assurance background is a plus.
- Work experience with programming languages like- Java, JavaScript, VBScript, C#, Python, Swift.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, aptitude and the ability to work with developers, managers and business operations stakeholders to comprehend the technical and business aspects of data requirements, challenges and prospects of improvement to define the product roadmap and vision.
- Work experience and proficiency in Scrum Agile framework, concepts, ceremony.
- Experience in working with JIRA or similar Agile Scrum board management tools.
- Familiarity with industry software development methodologies, standards, and architecture frameworks including approaches, e.g. Iterative, Agile, Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD), Behavioral.
- Ability to write professional, succinct quality documentation according to company standards.
- Ability to work in a team environment with strong negotiation, interpersonal, collaborative, trust-building, and conflict-resolution skills and ability to adapt to constructive criticism.
- Excellent initiative, innovative thinking skills, and the ability to analyze details and adopt a big-picture view.

- Trainings/Certification in Test Data Management or Test Environment Management is highly desirable.
