We are currently recruiting for a Mid-Level (3-7 year) Business Intelligence and Data Analytic Analyst / Programer who is energetic, positive and customer focused . The BI and Data Analytics Analyst/Programmer will help the Knowlege Management team analyze requirements, design and develop collaborative application solutions along with working directly with internal customers to help them solve business problems by optimizing and enhancing existing manual processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Design and build analytics dashboards using presentation layer controls and data class queries
Assist in the development of custom libraries, lists, views and workflows
Assists in management of ongoing projects including SharePoint and other Knowledge Management initiatives
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Analyze, design, configure, develop and implement intermediate-level solutions to meet business needs and objectives
Work with product managers, business owners, DBA(s) and vendors to create integration both to/from vendors
Experience with front-end customization using HTML and CSS
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on, and with internal technology teams and internal business customers
Effective verbal and written technical communication skills
Ability to produce technical documentation
Effective self-organization and planning skills
Must be able to adjust when there is a shift in priorities
Ability to act proactively and make productive decisions
Maintain up-to-date awareness of current and future directions of business industry and associated technologies
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Nice to Have:
Experience with PowerShell, writing scripts and cmdlets
Experience developing workflows and forms
Experience with SQL, Excel, Access, Excel, BI and Visualization tools
Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or similar degree
