Kingsley Associates is seeking a Marketing Manager to create and execute the marketing strategy focused on driving sales results, increasing product adoption and developing the overall industry presence of Kingsley Associates. All applicants should have the ability to design and develop content and deliverables that leverage data and effectively target and communicate with the intended audience. The candidate must have a digital background and is accountable for driving and measuring results. The Marketing Manager should be able to collaborate and work with others, but also must be an individual contributor.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Create, manage, and execute against the marketing strategy; communicate results and measure progress
- Quickly gain a thorough understanding of Kingsley history, reputation, and products/services
- Develop the marketing calendar; prioritize, manage, and execute against this calendar
- Create, design, develop, communicate and distribute marketing material and related content including:
- Client and prospect presentations and collateral
- One-pagers for specific products and overall Kingsley brochures
- Emailers, digital ads, and banners
- Executive summaries and reports for industry and client studies
- Other visually creative and systematic content
- Oversee, promote and measure results of content distribution and social media presence
- Partner with product to design portal features and portal updates
- Partner with business development team to target, select, organize, and prepare for conferences
- Develop and manage industry partnerships
- Maintain and update website optimizing messaging, content, calls to action, and SEO impact
- Keep up to date on industry trends
- Develop and manage paid digital advertising campaigns
- Assist Executive Team, business development, and product team as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, B2B company or client services firm experience preferred
- Four-year bachelors degree in a relevant field of study
- Extensive experience with Adobe Suite
- Familiarity with marketing technologies, such as Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, GoogleAds, Constant Contact, ExactTarget, SEMRush, and Google Search Console
- Experience with WordPress and knowledge of HTML / JavaScript / CSS and/or any other programming language preferred
- SEO / SEM experience
- Powerful communication skills, both written and oral
- Intense attention to detail
- Self-motivation/willingness to take initiative
