IT Infrastructure Engineer at Anonyome Labs, Inc. (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are looking for a full-time candidate to join the Technology Operations team in Salt Lake City. The successful candidate will have the technical and organizational capabilities to design, implement and maintain Anonyomes IT infrastructure both on-premises in Salt Lake City, St George, Australia and our use of cloud services.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: 

• Define cost-effective IT solutions that meet Anonyomes current and future needs
• Purchase and asset track employee computing devices including MacBooks, iPhones, iPads
• Troubleshoot common on-premise IT issues including networking, printing
• Maintain and troubleshoot Pfsense/Cisco/Ruckus network infrastructure
• Troubleshoot MacOS issues for end users
• Maintain and troubleshooting conference room and AV equipment
• Maintain secure on-premise Linux and VMware ESX servers, including patching
• Maintain secure AWS cloud hosted Linux based infrastructure
• Onboard/Off-board users by installing and configuring laptops, and provisioning user accounts and access in services including Office365, Slack, on-premise LDAP
• Define and manage backup solutions
• Collaborate on defining and enforcing company security policies
• Support new office fit-out planning and execution

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT or computer related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience spanning IT systems administration and end user support

Preferred Qualifications:

• PfSense management experience
• Cisco router/ASA experience
• Linux shell/python scripting experience
• Site-to-Site and Site-to-AWS VPN management experience
