As our Help Desk Agent you will:
- Provide administrator and end user support to assigned clients
- Maintain server infrastructures and provide level 2 and 3 customer support
- Deliver training plans and training to end users when needed

Minimum Qualifications
- Strong aptitude for system administrator/end user support
- Experience with laptops, workstations and servers
- Ability to use remote desktop to access Windows servers
- Understanding of web server fundamentals.
- Knowledge of the role of a database in application architecture
- Exposure to enterprise software
- Knowledge of Windows Server or SQL Server and Active Directory
- Knowledge and experience working with ECM Systems i.e. OpenText Content Server a plus
- Fulltime Permanent, remote-based role
- Home based in Houston, TX
- Bachelors degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study or equivalent work experience
