Requirements:
- 8+ years of related work experience, plus 4+ years of managerial experience
- MS / Bachelors Degree with equivalent work experience
- PHP, Python, Node or any backend language + SQL and Analytics experience
- Experience working with AWS and solid understanding of AWS Billing with direct experience forecasting AWS Costs
- Experience with Marketing APIs
- Strong management experience with a large team of engineers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, team player
- Strong Computer Science background with design principals, data structures and algorithms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an engineering strategy to determine how best Devops, front & backend engineers work together to create scalable applications
- Introduce strategic key hire strategy and work to develop successful and unique recruiting strategies
- Create a process for team trainings and career development of engineers
- Represent the team in planning and product meetings
