Responsibilities
- As Tech Lead (m/f/x) for one of our Engineering Teams it's your duty to drive the development of one of our key products and to support your team with your technical know-how
- You stay an active developer and make technical as well as architectural decisions based on the strengths of your colleagues and the requirements of the business
- You partner with our Product Owners and our IT-Leads to influence the product strategy and drive the IT roadmap for the entire organization
- You collaborate with all IT-Teams, solve overarching tasks efficiently and have an eye on recent technical trends as well as technologies
Skills
- You gained several years of professional experience as an Engineer and have practical skills in leading IT teams
- You have exhaustive knowledge in Ruby and have already gained first experiences in the implementation of agile methods
- You focus on sustainable solutions that remain comprehensible as well as flexible in the long-term and strive for continuous development
- You’re an absolute team player and support our strong sharing culture
- You like to work in an agile environment that is characterised by an international and intercultural exchange
