TITLE: Director Data Management & Product Development

SALARY: $130,000-160,000 DOE
SUMMARY:
Manage global key clients and overall customer experience
Lead data services program and product development campaigns facilitating company product lines migration to high-end solution based data subscription platforms
Build data services team comprised of business development professionals, SaaS products and database architects and data engineers
Lead, guide and train business development teams on product line offerings and solution-based selling techniques
DUTIES:
Streamline the development of market strategy and market research resources to enhance GIS and web-based platform (SaaS)
Work data architects to engineer real-time templates to manage market intelligence for the Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), Pipeline, financial and logistics industries, midstream and downstream energy sectors
Work with marketing division to develop sales enablement tool kits for business development initiatives and sales training programs
Manage analytics team and product development managers to integrate new quantitative metrics and processes into the overall data warehouse platform
REQUIREMENTS:
8 + years of IT extensive and stable work experience in data warehouse, data analytics, SaaS product management within Energy, Oil & Gas corporate companies
Experience with relational database systems in an operational environment and particularly with Microsoft SQL Server
Knowledge of data warehouse lifecycle and strong dimensional data modelling experience
Solid understanding of data extraction, transformation, and load processes from operational source systems into the data warehouse platform management
Work experience in large scale Data warehouse systems, and SQL Server Analysis Services management
EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field. Masters or MBA preferred
