Description:
- DIO (Digital Infrastructure Operations) IPA DevOps Engineer:
- This role provides expert technical support for the automated distribution of IPA Infrastructure and Applications.
- Working with the DIO DevOps Team they will develop scripts to automate the delivery of IPA Services (Infra and Applications).
- They will also contribute to DIO Engineering and DevOps patterns as needed.
- This role will troubleshoot complex hybrid deployment / automation issues including public cloud and on-premise data centers.
- They will assist the Team Lead with upgrades, maintenance, and all other service activities to ensure availability of this service.
- This role will also assist with establishing KPIs required to demonstrate the service is up and running, accessible, and performant.
- This role will contribute to the 24x7 support of this service.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Experience with infrastructure and application build automation.
- Key tooling: GIT, Jenkins, Terraform, Nexus, AppScan, SonarQube, Ansible, UrbanCode, etc.
- Ensures IA Services (Infrastructure and Applications) are at current versions and support levels.
- Contributes to 24x7 On-Call support for IA Services
- English fluency required
- Contributes to Agile Planning for Sprint Team
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with WorkFusion
- Experience with Azure (preferred) or AWS.
- ARM Templates, PowerShell, Python, Chef, Puppet
- Additional spoken and/or written languages
Requirements:
- 4 year college degree or equivalent professional experience with WorkFusion and Intelligent Automation
- Industry experience in Finance, Insurance, or other industry with extensive AI work
