Delivery Development Lead at Business Centric Technology - An Avizion Technologies Group Company (Dallas, TX)

BCT has partnered with an Information Technology and Services company in the DFW Metroplex seeking a dynamic Technical Lead. You will be charged with influencing technical aspects of development to ensure solutions align with the customers functional and non-functional requirements, while at the same time leveraging best practices, adhering to architecture guidelines, and meeting security and compliance regulations. This is a direct hire position and the company offers a great benefits package.


Responsibilities of the Technical Team Lead: 

  • Overseeing day-to-day software development practices.
  • The individual is expected to dig in and solve technical hurdles, even contributing on a consistent basis to build solutions.
  • The Technical Lead will collaborate closely with developers and passionate technologists who work together to efficiently deliver results and provide maximum value to our client.
  • Manage client expectations.
  • Meet project goals and needs by designing efficient technical architecture.
  • Lead a team of developers and determine solutions to problems.


Some qualifications include:

  • Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Must have experience in all areas of software project delivery.
  • Must have team lead experience.
  • Exceptional knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC WebAPI, Entity Framework or similar ORMs. .NET CORE expertise preferred.
  • Knowledge of common design patterns and OOA&D.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Identify and learn about new technologies quickly.
  • Experience building SPAs using a framework such as Angular (4 and above), React, Riot, Ember, and/or Knockout.
  • Proficient with CSS3, as well as CSS metalanguages such as SASS and LESS
  • Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and understand how to write maintainable code using module patterns and should have experience with the latest ES standards and TypeScript.
  • Experience with npm, bower, Grunt/Gulp, and related tools preferred
  • Proficiency with Git and/or other source control systems.
