Position is at Calabrio Headquarters in Minneapolis to facilitate collaborations with multiple departments within Calabrio.
CORE EXPECTATIONS
- Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with the Sales Engineering team including product subject Matter Experts and Calabrios, Implementation, Support, Product Management and Engineering teams to create exceptional demonstration systems
- Create synthetic data and simulate contact center activities to bring the demonstration to life leveraging existing software, scripting/programming to Calabrio APIs and database manipulation.
- Maintain reliable demonstration environments supporting a round the clock worldwide sales effort and enabling customization for enterprise opportunities.
- Other core expectations will be defined by your direct supervisor/manager
- Five or more years experience in system administration covering both Windows and Linux platforms, SQL and PostgreSQL databases, networking, security, backup and recovery.
- Experience in Software patches, upgrades
- Experience with SQL management and queries to tweak the data sets.
- Experience in telephony, contact center, Workforce Optimization, Analytics and Reporting is a plus.
- Experience creating applications utilizing REST APIs and JSON using Javascript, Python or other scripting languages.
- Ability to self-manage in a challenging role with multiple and sometimes conflicting goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to drive collaboration and influence change
- Outstanding ability to communicate a compelling vision that inspires others to engage
- Thrives in an extremely fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Other core competencies will be defined by your direct supervisor/manager
- Requires a minimum B.A degree in a technical discipline or equivalent
- Experience in Databases, Data mart, ETL and associated Reporting tools required.
- Some contact center experience desired.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time depending on your position and/or getting up and down through your work shift
- Frequent alpha/numeric keyboarding
- Ability to view a computer for long periods of time
- Report to the Director of Sales Engineering
- Ability to work closely with both the Sales Engineering team and other Calabrio Departments to accomplish goal.
