As a Senior Test Engineer at Nyriad, you will work within an Agile QA team of like-minded engineers.
What you'll be doing (the technical stuff):
- Defining, developing and implementing the framework for software verification while applying the Agile, Continuous Test and Integration methodologies
- Define processes for a Requirement based Testing in an Agile Software Development environment
- Developing automated tests and supporting software engineers in developing automated tests at the component and system level
- Encouraging the reuse of the automated tests by software engineers, and system verification engineers using common frameworks and hardware (e.g. white box and black box)
- Developing testing metrics and reporting tools to monitor the status of Product Verification
- Work with Product Owners and Managers in ensuring the release of a quality product that has minimal bugs
- Testing Linux embedded drivers and distributed cloud data centre implementations
Experience:
- Demonstrable commercial experience in performing unit and system testing on embedded software and distributed cloud software
- Writing test plans, test procedures and test reports
