Stonebranch is seeking an experienced and self-driven Account Executive for our Stonebranch Headquarter in Alpharetta (Atlanta area) to work independently in a defined territory. Candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills and demonstrate an ability to interface with customers and prospects at all levels of management for extended periods of time. Candidate must have solid knowledge of todays challenges in IT organizations. Position includes a sales quota with performance-based incentives.
Relationships
- Reports to the Universal Agent Team Manager
- Interfaces with Product Management, Quality Assurance, Knowledge Management
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
TheSenior C/C++ Developer is responsible for, but not limited to the following responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and negotiate new account opportunities in the assigned territory
- Explain Stonebranchs mission and the basic functionality of its products
- Work with and effectively manage the Stonebranch sales process
- Develop and present value propositions and business cases to customers
- Maintain working relationships with mid-level and senior managers
- Increase Stonebranchs visibility and product deployment with existing customers
- Sell complex products, solutions and professional services
- Plan accounts and develop long-term sales prospect pipeline
- Identify potential prospects and accurately report pipeline development
- Develop prospects, write proposals, assist with negotiating contracts and support overall sales and marketing effort
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
- Solid programming discipline: unit testing, fault tolerance, data structures, complexity analysis, object-oriented principles, design patterns, etc.
- 5+ years of C/C++ experience.
- 2+ years of database experience in Oracle, MySQL, and/or PostgreSQL.
- Experience using configuration management tools such as VersionOne and Jira also experience using version control systems Git.
- Experience with system programming (Linux/Unix and Windows) such as process, pipe, signal, TCP/IP, share memory, and, etc.
- Experience with Windows, Linux/Unix platform.
- Experience with z/OS is a plus.
- Experience with test-driven development.
