Years of Experience: Strong background in, and at least 4+ years of working in, tooling or QA automation. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education Required: Bachelors Degree
Experience with Automation tools a plus (Selenium, SoapUI, Jmeter, Robot Framework, Behave Framework etc).
Thorough understanding of QA processes in agile development environments. Variety of testing experience: unit, black box, white box, regression, performance, stress, user interface, and negative testing. Experience in writing, executing and monitoring automated test suites using a variety of technologies. Love for Python and experience with automating enterprise web applications and webservices in Python using leading automation frameworks. Extensive experience with version control systems such as Github. Experience developing and integrating Unit Tests, produce code coverage reports and develop automated branch/merge validation.
Additional Preferred Skills: Designing, developing and supporting frameworks for our test infrastructure and providing automation expertise to our development teams. Research, recommend and implement tools as needed to increase our automation maturityEnsure that all tests are executed and provide quality reports. Be a creative thinker who can quickly identify and test edge case scenarios outside of expected functionality.
Project Description: Involved throughout the software lifecycle with responsibility for testing with an emphasis on test automation. You will be working closely with developers as they develop code to ensure quality. Conduct automation (and manual tests where necessary) to ensure the software is functioning as desired. Responsible for defining and driving our automated and load testing strategies and toolsets. Support manual and automated testing activities.
Physical Environment and Working Conditions: Must be able to work as part of an agile development team.
