Full Stack Web Developer

Capco Energy is interested in hiring a Full Stack Web Developer. You will be tasking in creating innovative solutions that advance our clients businesses. Youll join a strong and inspiring team of technologists dedicated to improving the design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming that goes into creating high quality software and new products. Youll be tasked with keeping the team and other key stakeholders up to speed on the progress of whats being developed.

Responsibilities

• Developing front end website architecture.
  
• Designing user interactions on web pages.
  
• Developing back end website applications.
  
• Creating servers and databases for functionality.
  
• Ensuring cross-platform optimization.
  
• Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
  
• Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
  
• Designing and developing APIs.
  
• Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
  
• Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering or related field required
  
• 2+ years experience in Development
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
  
• Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React and Amber.
  
• Proficiency with server side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP and .Net.
  
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB.
  
• Energy or Finance experience preferred
