About The Role
We are seeking a motivated, creative, and innovative Scientist with proven expertise in modern liquid handling, robotics, automation, and informatics systems supporting chemistry research. The ideal scientist will have a proven track record of high quality and innovative accomplishments, a thorough understanding of how technology can be used to continuously optimize the drug discovery process. This position will play a key role in the growth and integration of automation in chemistry within the research department.

About The Role

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS (include, But Are Not Limited To)
- Integrate laboratory automation to the internal LIMS systems
- Integrate hardware from different manufacturers to automated platforms
- Develop flexible automation
- Program new methods/assays to support the needs of chemistry
- Identify new opportunities and adaptations of existing technology
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences
- Minimum 5 years of experience in laboratory automation
- Demonstrated strong scientific and technical skills in the evaluation and implementation of automation systems and technology in drug discovery
Experience with a variety of automation
- Experience with managing multiple projects and vendors
- Ability to work independently and take the lead role on assigned projects
- Working knowledge of C#, SQL, and RESTful web services
