Desktop Support Technician at Sullivan and Cogliano (Boston, MA)

Job Description

 3-6+ month contract position available immediately for 3+ Desktop Support Technicians in Boston, MA!  Also, have openings in Charlestown, MA!

Candidates will be doing workstation imaging, installation, and configuration experience in a clinical environment.

• 1-3+ years of experience in IT support
• 100% Dell Desktops and Laptops (9000+)
• Imaging, installation and configuration experience required
• Environment is Win 7-10, MS Office
• Experience using a ticketing system to track incidents; ServiceNow knowledge a plus
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Impeccable customer service skills
• Able to multi-task and prioritize well
• Ability to give verbal instruction patiently to non-technical users

Experience preferred but not required:

• Healthcare environment experience
• A+
• ITIL Foundations knowledge
