Job Description
Looking for a Systems Analyst who:- Contribute to the assessment of business problems and opportunities and recommend the best course of action (i.e. strategic and tactical)
- Work with management team to identify, define and prioritize portfolio of projects to ensure work aligns with strategic goals.
- Utilize structured, disciplined, and data-oriented process to identify root cause and solve problems
- Experience with systems and IT operations
- Experience with frequent, incremental code testing, integration and deployment
- Strong grasp of automation tools
- A strong focus on business outcomes
- Great teammate and collaborative working style to implement change
- Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders
- Automation of repetitive tasks, application and system monitoring, version control, disaster recovery, security, system scalability, troubleshooting system issues.
- Hands on individual with a strong focus on automation, high availability, fault tolerance, scalable and elasticity infrastructure setup
- Automate and improve the continuous integration and continuous delivery process
- 2-3 years’ experience in technology / digital products preferred
- Knowledge of Amazon Web Services
- Understanding of Databases: PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server
- ETL system management experience
- Experience working in an agile software development environment a plus
- Experience capturing customer / user requirements, crafting use cases, writing user stories
- Experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions with customers, users, internal teams, stakeholders, etc
- Familiar with the JIRA and Confluence applications a plus
- Familiar with container application platform technologies such as openshift, PCF, etc
- Familiar with Kubernetes, Docker, EKS
- Familiar with Jenkins automation server
- Familiar with Puppet software configuration management
- Basic Windows and Unix platforms administration
