Cloud & DevOps Engineer

Cloud Ops & DevOps Engineer
" Responsibilities:
o Hands on working experience with the Cloud network and security services (GCP,AWS or Azure atleast one of them).
o Good understanding the differences between the cloud services (private vs. public and the other public clouds)
o Proven exposure with CI/CD process on cloud
o Experience with containerization and API services
o Hands on experience with the cloud logging, monitoring and alerting tools (at least one of the 3 public cloud providers)
o Hands on experience in automating the Infrastructure (Infrastructure as A Code IAAC (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Spinaker atleast of them.))
o Create and execute unit test cases for the Infrastructure validation
o Experience in Implementing and configuring of Security and Access policies
o Understands scalable, reliable and highly available cloud native application.
o Experience in executing, monitoring and turning of application/infrastructure performance
o Independently drives the Architecture & Design (DevOps Pipeline) of a DevOps pipeline and can work on the necessary frameworks
Ensures pipe line works as per defined DevOps standards
o Working on one of the Code Repositories (GIT, Bitbucket)
o Experience with branching and merging activities
o Hands on experience with one of the build automation tools (preferably Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.)
o Drives the Proactive system monitoring using the variety of monitoring tools
o Set up, Install and configure DevOps pipeline for complex applications as per the DevOps guidelines defined
o Participates in technical walkthroughs & reviews of other team members
o Understands third party components and frameworks
o Works with team in setting up CM, CI, CD & monitoring tools and owns that the entire Pipe Line is healthy during the code deployment
o Experience with any SQL and/or No-SQL DBs. (Oracle, MySQL, Cassandra, MongoDB)

Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (preferred) or related field
o 2+ years' cloud and DevOps implementation experience
o 2-3 years as engineer
o 1-2 years in working with build, release and pipeline activities
o Good knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current computing trends.
o Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.
