We are ProShare, a brand new venture powered by Volkswagen commercial vehicles, revolutionising the concept of ownership in the utility vehicle space. We are coming up with a groundbreaking product for the B2B sector and are currently looking for a Product Owner (m/f/x) to envision and enable its development.
You will be joining a team of highly skilled people working on and programming real vehicles, making them smart, and ready to be linked with new web-connected services.
Your responsibilities:
- Define the goals, the mission and the vision of our new product.
- Determine suitable KPIs and create action plans.
- Research current developments in the relevant market and update the technical product team when necessary.
- Establish product requirements and develop user scenarios based on market observations and from interviews with real users.
- Accountability for the quality and functionality of the defined target groups.
- Be responsible for giving your final approve before each release.
- Regular status reports to strategic product management, stakeholders and senior management.
- Presentation of proposals to decision-making bodies.
Your profile:
- A formal degree in information technology, business administration, economics or engineering, with relevant focus on IT-related topics, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 4 years of professional experience as a product owner in a tech company or in a comparable position. Experience in the automotive/mobility environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management methods and tools, especially Scrum. Technical and UX skills are nice to have.
- Independent, structured, analytical and customer-oriented working style.
- Team spirit, great negotiation skills as well as the ability to handle conflict.
- Professional fluency in English and German.
