Role Profile
- Design, implement, monitor and manage IT infrastructure within Iberia.
- Ensure the availability of systems, meeting or exceeding the SLA agreed with business.
- Identify the key points where technology could make or business more efficient.
- Take care of the important business data/information by making it securely stored and transmitted.
This position works with project teams, customers, internal & external service providers, and end users.
Cooperation within other European technical leads to coordinate and deliver global projects.
Meeting with internal customers or project teams in order to take infrastructure requirements for deploy new solutions.
Relation with external customers in order to let know our IT policies and find out the best solution for each scenario.
Direct connection with internal providers as well as with departments that usually work with IT.
Working closely with external providers in order to design more appropriated and cost effective solutions for our business.
Focus on users to sort out third level incidents and get their help in sites where there is not IT presence.
