Technical Support Engineer
Cypress is partnering with a very promising early-stage startup here in Atlanta that is scaling aggressively across the board and seeking formative team members. This is a fantastic opportunity to get in early and make a huge impact.
What youll be doing in this role:
- Resolving customer issues over web channels, email, chat
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and reproducing product issues
- Helping customers configure and implement our clients product in their environments
- Collaborating with development team to escalate and resolve advanced issues
- Analyzing code (primarily JavaScript, HTML, CSS) to find and correct problems
- Communicating the status of bugs and issues
- Documenting solutions and helping to automate workflows for repetitive tasks
What are client is looking for:
- Experience reviewing and debugging modern JavaScript code (Angular, React, Node, Vue)
- Strong understanding and experience working with web applications
- General knowledge of different operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux)
- Experience configuring and implementing web products for customers
- Ability to build relationships with customers and clearly explain technical concepts
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve bugs in code
