Our client wants to hire a Senior Software Engineer. This is a one-year contract based in San Diego.
You require 4-8 yrs exp of full-stack software development experience; Solid programming skills using VB.NET, Web Forms, Entity Framework JavaScript experience, preferably ES6+ Understanding of database principles and SQL experience Experience in design and consumption of RESTful web services Fluidity in common software engineering practices, e.g. source management with git or similar Solid programming skills in Python, C or C++ Experience with unit testing Strong communication skills and the ability to convey ideas and progress to both technical and non-technical people Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical field
Preferred Qualifications Web applications development using modern JS libraries/frameworks such as React.js, Angular 2+, or Vue.js Experience with application containerization such as Docker Development of back-end APIs using Python (i.e. Flask / Django) or Nodejs Experience with using cloud-based platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or similar Experience working in a UNIX/Linux environment Telecom domain skills, such as wireless protocol analysis
Education:
Required: Bachelor's, Computer Science Preferred: Master's, Computer Science or equivalent experience
