Minimum qualifications:



  • 4 years relevant work experience, including 2 years industry experience.

  • Software development experience in Java and SQL on Unix/Linux environments.

  • Development experience working with one or more of the following: e-commerce web sites, supply chain / logistics systems, payment processing, web content management.

  • Experience in data structures, algorithms, and software design, with analytical and debugging experience.


Preferred qualifications:



  • BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent.

  • Experience with client-side coding using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

  • Experience with one or more of the following: large systems software design, development of distributed or parallel systems, database design, machine learning, Android application development.

  • Experience leading small teams of engineers.

  • Experience with Consumer Electronics, or Software development related to Consumer Hardware.

You will use Google's cloud infrastructure technologies to build highly scalable, low latency, resilient web applications.
