What you will do
- Manage implementation and custom development team to grow professionally and advance career path.
- Own success of customers implementation and customers adoption of the product.
- Manage requirements team to maintain and improve upon an objectively measured customer satisfaction and retention rate.
- Create and define operational procedures/metrics including requirements definitions, customer support, implementation timeless, schedule custom implementation and development, forecasting implementation and custom development in conjunction with the sales team.
- Work closely with sales, in-house and offshore engineers and product management team to convey evolving customer requirements, handle technical and operations requests and act as a manager for the teams that both champion and guide our customers in their deployment of our technologies.
- Own P&L for implementation and customer success.
