Job Description


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual to take on the role of Sales Operations Specialist (Sales/Finance/Marketing).  The ideal candidate has worked with fast-paced, rapidly growing organizations and a broad spectrum of sales metrics, processes and tools. A deep understanding and work experience in Hubspot, Salesforce or enterprise CRM Sales, Marketing, Service) is essential. This is also a technical role that requires analytical aptitude, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to communicate results effectively. The role will be based in our NYC office. 


Responsibilities



  • Ensure data reconciliation between CRM, payment and Advizr Core Platform, which includes design exception reporting, data entry protocols, and user/roles restrictions

  • Manage all systems, tools and reporting related to Advizr’s inside and enterprise sales processes with Hubspot as our central hub

  • Ensure the sales team is confident in the use of the tools and applications available to them

  • Analyze business requirements for reporting needs and translate into technical requirements (needs to derive from finance, sales, marketing and product)

  • Simplify, standardize, and sanitize tables and data

  • Control data definitions in systems, maintain schemas

  • Ability to document, articulate, and train stakeholders on data/field technicians

  • Develop and manage SOP’s around data input and maintenance, ensuring “clean” practices with proactive and reactive controls

  • Define technical requirements for ETL

  • Build reports that can be run repeatedly, with quality data results and minimal maintenance

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on market and industry trends


Required Skills/Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

  • 3-5 years of experience with data manipulation

  • Strong SQL skills

  • Systems: HubSpot, AWS (Athena, Lambda), Stripe, SaaSOptics, Amplitude, Python

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills

  • Must be conversationally fluent within the domain of financial technology

  • Very detail oriented, highly analytical, problem solver

  • Extraordinary judgement and composure in high-pressure situations

  • Positive mindset

  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency in executing and delivering

  • Start-up mentality- not afraid to roll up sleeves

  • Comfortable working in an environment with rapidly changing priorities
