You have
• as a minimum of 4-5 years of experience as an Android developer. Your educational background is less important, but it is a big plus if you have a strong theoretical background. However, it is absolutely essential that you love to code and challenge yourself and your team
• experience with Scrum or similar agile working methods
• good collaboration skills and the ability to adapt to change
• the desire to delve into complex issues and possession of a high professional pride
