Tasks



  • Management, coordination and implementation of innovative and customer-inspiring connected car and smart mobility concepts, services and processes

  • Steering of feasibility concepts and IT-related drafting of solution scenarios under consideration and ongoing development of the existing process and system landscape and defined IT standards

  • Consolidation and evaluation of interdepartmental expenditure estimates/IT-related cost evaluations for implementation of scenarios in collaboration with the programming management and IT and process consultants from the stakeholding IT specialist departments

  • Consulting in the development of timed implementation scenarios under consideration of target deadlines, dependencies on ongoing implementations and other organisational conditions

  • Interdepartmental IT-related technical coordination of the services portfolio and central back-end components in the Group

  • Consultant to the interdisciplinary Smart Mobility team based on current developments and future IT trends in the area of mobility


Qualifications



  • Graduate in (business) informatics, or a comparable qualification

  • Several years of professional experience (generally ≥ 5 yr) in the field of smart mobility at an OEM, business partner or IT service provider, ideally with focus on big data or AI

  • Major experience of collaborating in interdisciplinary teams in a complex and highly dynamic corporate environment

  • Very good knowledge of currently used IT architectures and standards, in particular including microservices, cloud technologies and mobile platforms

  • Very good knowledge of English

  • Structured work approach and excellent presentation and communication skills
