Shared Technology Services Infrastructure and Production Management
oversees the demand for and inventory of IT infrastructure assets across
the Chase Consumer and Community Banking organization. The team is
responsible for providing visibility into the asset inventory and
supporting financial and asset projections for the organization.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
- College degree, or specialized training or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience in Microsoft office suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- Understanding of Virtual Desktop infrastructure data center locations and how business application performance and the co-location of information optimizes the user experience; including email, home/shared data, JPMC data center network latency between other strategic datacenter, printing, etc.
- Integration of cloud VDI and application hosting both internal and external to the firm, while delivering a financially beneficial and risk adverse strategy
- Create/Execute scripts for extraction and processing of large datasets from Active Directory to optimize and properly align software and access rights
- Experience with SMS, SCCM, BIS, Radia, Verum, Quantum, CIMS, RSAM, EURC, SEAL, AppMap a big plus.
- Proficient in the use of asset/user inventory management and capacity planning
- 1+ years of relevant experience migrating and / or supporting workstation configurations
- Experience and ability to interpret and follow IT policies and procedures as they evolve
- History of success working in a team environment
- Ability to work independently; yet, interact with a wide variety of groups. Highly motivated and self-directed
- Demonstrated experience interfacing with stakeholders, performing / coordinating UAT and documenting technical specifications
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with proven ability to manage multiple, diverse priorities, achieving desired objectives within deadlines
- Strong decision making capabilities and the ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and influence change
- Negotiates to find creative solutions to reach goals of the group and achieve win/win solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to positively interface with other departments, colleagues and senior management
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal in a clear/concise manner)
- Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with all levels of the organization, internal and external partners, and geographically distributed teams
- Detail oriented with strong organization skills, presentation skills, and decision making abilities
