Your first days…
Your first 30 days You’ll be devising a data strategy followed by a focus on implementing a solution for topic extraction and categorization of our video data.
Between 30 and 90 days At this point you have implemented the base of our topics structure and you are working on further implementation of correlations and structures of topics and recommendations.
90 days and up You are now in full control of our data strategy and roadmap and working against those milestones. Your testing is well structured and yielding results on a weekly basis. It’s so exciting to see Feedeos serving a purpose and putting the right video content in front of its users. All that hard work is paying off and it’s thanks to your scientific as well as your interpersonal skills with the team.
What you need to have
- 3 years of experience in the field
- M.Sc. in computer science or statistics
- Experience with NumPy, TensorFlow
- Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as DBSCAN, k-NN, SVM
- Good applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc.
- Data-oriented personality
- Great communication skills
What would be nice to have
- Experience with CNN’s and NLP
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Experience with MongoDB
- Good scripting and programming skills, specifically with web services creation (REST)
- PHD studies
Interview Process: What to expect?
- 1st interview will be focused on your skills and understanding of the situation
- 2ndinterview will be focused on providing you a more in-depth vision of the company along with a high-level assessment of your abilities to achieve success
- 3rdinterview will be to provide you with a real-life challenge at Feedeos and go through the exercise of how you would resolve it
- If the three (3) above steps check out, you’ll be asked for references and a proposal will follow depending on the results of the reference calls
