We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team in London.
You’ll receive a competitive package include a salary within the range of 50K-65K annually, and generous stock options.
Your mission:
Healthcare is antiquated, and the most “innovative” start-ups are looking at just one part of the patient journey. We are looking for motivated, strategically-minded and execution-focused Senior Software Engineers to work on our “National Grid” Platform.
This role will give you the opportunity to:
As part of the senior team you'll be changing how healthcare is fundamentally delivered for a patient, at every stage of their care, between organisations, such as their GP, hospital clinic, and investigations, to name a few.
Working with the Technical Architect, and the Chief Executive, you will be part of a senior team building Medefer’s core “national grid” platform. You will be a coach and mentor for a team of engineers as you settle into the organization. To create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, closely connected to the whole Medeferian family. Be hands on and heavily involved in design, architecture discussions, and prototyping of new systems with the team.
A bit about you:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- 2:1 or above from a top-tier university
- Full-stack development (ideally with a special interest in front-end), using Angular JS 2, C#, ASP.NET CORE, SQL Server, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and unit testing
- Experience of working with business stakeholders, product owners and business analysts
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle in a commercial/production environment
- A strong understanding of object-oriented design and implementation / responsive design patterns / SOLID principles / Agile and Extreme Programming methodologies
- Solid experience designing RESTful APIs and integrating with third party services
- Cloud computing knowledge with Microsoft Azure and associated technologies
- Experience with infrastructure management and monitoring
Some extra skills that would be awesome:
- You understand that the patient is at the heart of everything you do & empathy drives every decision you make
- Worked with UX before
- Interest in and experience with hackathons (you may be running a Medefer hackathon soon!)
- Experience in Healthcare
