You know and have a deep interest in and experience working with pattern libraries and componentising designs into a reusable UI architecture. Beyond this, you see the value of prototyping and validating assumptions with user feedback, and working along with designers and other engineers to deliver polished experiences.

Your Role

• 
  
• Help build and maintain our frontend architecture with reusable components using React, Flow, and ES6.
• 
  
• Demonstrate and advocate for accessible HTML and CSS.
• 
  
• Help iterate on existing solutions for our customers.
• 
  
• Collaborate between design and engineering teams to improve product quality.
• 
  
• Able to build rapid prototypes that reference elements, components, and views from our pattern library and design system.
• 
   
  
• Grow the team’s knowledge of emerging practices and technologies through code reviews and internal training sessions.
• 
  

Other Experience

• 
  
• Minimum of 3+ years deep experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• 
  
• Working knowledge of Git, LESS, JQuery, Jasmine, and Webpack
• 
  
• Familiar with UI testing using Jest and Puppeteer
• 
  
• Exposure to other languages, including PHP
• 
  
• Experience working in an agile team with issue tracking software like Jira
• 
  
• Nice to have experience of using optimisation frameworks for A/B testing
