Milestone Systems is recruiting an Engineering Manager to lead and manage our Cloud Services team in Copenhagen. You will ensure proper development and maintenance of Milestone Systems’ licensing system, including licensing administration, licensing activation and other components related to licensing system.
Working in a company with a great focus on our Talents, your main role will be coaching, leading and driving an inclusive team to support them reach their potential. This will involve many people related activities such as, onboarding, recruitment, performance management and review.
It is important that you are interested in working with complex IT systems and enjoy designing and implementing new functionality as well as digging deep in legacy codes. We expect you are skilled in C# and .NET and experience with cloud technologies will be considered as big advantage.
We expect you to understand and build on our strategy highlighting the salient areas to re-engineer and support our scalability ambition.
To succeed in this position, you need to possess strong communication and networking skills. You will be part of discussions and in close collaboration with different stakeholders in different locations. Accordingly, 10-20 travelling days can be expected.
As a potential candidate, you have over 5 years of experience within software development industry and over 3 years as a people manager. In addition, you have professional experience working with Scrum in an agile environment. Finally, you speak and write fluent English.
