What we seek:
- Define and align an overall security strategy
- Further strengthen our already very good security culture
- Define, align, tailor and rollout proactive software security measures along the software delivery process
- Train the software engineering teams
- Define, measure and report security KPIs
- Execute security testing (e.g. pen tests, etc.) and provide the software delivery teams with remediation recommendations
- Monitor and understand regulations and support translating them into requirements
What we are looking for:
- Sound understanding of agile end-to-end software delivery processes and practices
- Sound knowledge about security standards, frameworks, tools and best practices
- Any kind of certifications are of advantage
- Ability to define a vision and drive/implement a strategy
- Ability to work with multi-location teams
- Ability to establish a mutually beneficial working relationship with all parties involved (security as a service over security as police)
- Excellent training and communication skills
